How does Business Coaching work?

As the owner or leader of a business you make so many decisions throughout your days and weeks that can dramatically impact your future, the future of those around you and that of the business itself. Quite often we are so close to the action of our day to day running of our business it is sometimes difficult to see where our potential gaps may lie.
