Founder and Managing Director, Veronica Hogan has been involved in coaching and training for 20 years. Her background and experience in is Retail Sales, Hospitality, Community and Public Services and Retail Banking. She has coached, trained and mentored countless individuals as they have strived to achieve their dreams and goals.

Veronica has worked in both medium sized organisations and well as large corporate business. She has held Senior Management roles in several companies and holds qualifications in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing and is an accredited coach and member of the International Coaching Federation. She has won numerous awards for the results she has achieved particularly in the Retails Sales area.

Veronica is passionate about people and has worked with a number of charitable organisations such as PCYC (Police and Community Youth Club) and Riding for the Disabled. Veronica also has a love for animals and takes particular interest in supporting the Australian Orangutan Project for the critically endangered orangutans in Borneo and Sumatra.

Her beliefs are that everyone has the potential to achieve their ultimate goals in life and business and that through courage, commitment and belief in themselves, they can and will achieve them.
